The eSure R48-3500e converts standard AC supply into a stable, adjustable -42 to -58 VDC output rated 3500 W at output voltages above 48 VDC, with up to 73 A at -48 VDC and a 7.3-73 A limit set point. Its optimized 287 mm depth reduces footprint so the module installs in short-depth racks and cabinets where standard-depth rectifiers do not fit.
Input spans 85-305 VAC (200-277 VAC nominal, 45-65 Hz) at up to 22.5 A with a 0.99 power factor, and peak efficiency reaches 96.3%, approaching 97%. The module operates from -40 to +75 degC and up to 2000 m altitude at full power, supported by DSP-based control, active load sharing and CAN bus alarm reporting to the system controller with LED status indication.
