Product Overview
The Eaton ePDU G3 family covers five categories – Basic, Metered Input, Metered Outlet, Switched and Managed – letting data centers standardize on one platform from simple power distribution to full outlet-level switching and control.
G3 PDUs provide +/-1% metering accuracy (Class 1) so measured power can be used for tenant billing and energy accounting, and they are rated for operation in environments up to 60 degC for high-temperature and hot-aisle deployments.
Up to eight ePDU G3 units can be daisy-chained on a single IP address, reducing network cabling and IP address consumption while keeping every strip visible in power management software.
