These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the BS Comtec website and the purchase of products from Baoding Baisheng Communication Technology Co., Ltd.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all visitors, customers and buyers accessing bscomtec.com or placing orders with us.
2. Orders and Quotes
All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation. Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote or, if not stated, for 30 days.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms are specified in the proforma invoice. Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless agreed otherwise.
4. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery terms are based on Incoterms 2020 as stated in the order confirmation. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
5. Warranties
Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We pass through these warranties to the buyer. Warranty claims must be submitted with supporting documentation.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the products supplied. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through the competent courts in Baoding, Hebei, China.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
