Product Overview
The QSFP28-100G-LR4 (Huawei part number 02313URT) implements 103.125 Gbit/s 100GBASE-LR4 transmission as four 25G LAN-WDM lanes at 1295, 1300, 1304 and 1309 nm multiplexed onto a duplex LC singlemode pair, with a documented 10 km target distance. Huawei specifies maximum average Tx power of +4.5 dBm and confirms the digital diagnostics (DDM) function is supported for this part.
The 10 km LR4 reach covers campus rings, metro-access spans and dark-fiber DCI between sites, using the same duplex LC cabling plant as 10G LR, which makes it the default choice wherever links exceed the 2 km CWDM4 budget. Operation is specified over a 0°C to +70°C case temperature range.
