Send your requirement once — get a structured, comparable quotation back. BS Comtec supplies UPS systems, 48 V DC power, precision and cabinet air conditioners, SFP optical modules and spare parts to projects in Europe, Russia, the Middle East, Africa and South America. Use the form below to request a formal quotation; for urgent cases, message us on WhatsApp at +86 135 8237 6986.
Why a formal quotation beats a public price list

In power infrastructure, two enquiries that look identical on paper can end up 40 % apart in price — because the difference sits in configuration, battery autonomy, redundancy, certification and delivery terms, not in the headline product. A quotation fixes those variables in writing, so you can compare suppliers on the same basis instead of comparing catalogue numbers. It also gives your procurement and finance teams the document they need for internal approval, and gives us the information to commit to a lead time.
What to include in your RFQ — eight-point checklist
- Product family and model — e.g. KSTAR YDC3300, Huawei ETP48200, Eltek Flatpack2 48/2000 HE, Vertiv Liebert CRV4. If you only know the requirement, describe the load instead.
- Capacity and electrical configuration — kVA/kW or amps, input voltage and phase, output voltage, frequency, power factor, and whether redundancy (N+1) is required.
- Quantity — units per site and number of sites. Quantity breaks are the single largest lever on unit price.
- Battery requirement — autonomy in minutes or hours, VRLA versus lithium, and whether batteries are inside the scope or supplied locally.
- Destination and delivery terms — port or site city, and your preferred Incoterm (EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP). The same unit ships very differently to Rotterdam, Jebel Ali, Santos or Novorossiysk.
- Project stage and deadline — budgetary estimate for a tender, or firm order for a live site. Say which, so we return the right document.
- Standards and documentation — CE, EAC, IEC 62040, local grid code, or a customer-specific datasheet and test report requirement.
- Commercial expectations — target payment terms, warranty period, and whether you need a spare-parts kit or commissioning support.
What you receive back
- Unit price and extended price per line item, valid for a stated period
- Configuration sheet listing exactly what is included — and what is deliberately excluded
- Lead time from order confirmation, plus packing dimensions and gross weight
- HS code, Incoterm, and an indicative freight option where useful
- Datasheet, certification list and warranty terms
- Payment terms and, where relevant, an option for mixed-brand BOM sourcing
Response time and channels
Standard enquiries are answered within two business hours (GMT+8, Monday to Saturday). Complex multi-site BOMs may need one working day for configuration review — we will tell you that up front rather than let the request sit. Preferred channels in order of speed: WhatsApp +86 135 8237 6986, the form on this page, or e-mail to longyouvip@gmail.com.
Product families we quote
- UPS power systems — single-phase and three-phase, 1–500 kVA, tower and rack, including parallel and modular configurations
- DC power supply systems and rectifier modules — 48 V telecom and industrial, embedded and cabinet-based
- Precision air conditioners — room-level CRAC and in-row cooling for data and telecom rooms
- Cabinet air conditioners — closed-loop cooling for outdoor and semi-embedded enclosures
- SFP optical modules — transceivers for telecom and data links
- Site energy systems — integrated power for off-grid, hybrid and edge sites
If you are still at the selection stage, two guides may save a round of questions: what drives the price of a KSTAR UPS, and how to choose a 48 V telecom rectifier.
Regional delivery notes
Europe
CE documentation and EU-format datasheets available as standard. DAP delivery to a named warehouse is usually the cleanest option; if you are comparing against an EU distributor, ask us for a landed-cost breakdown so the comparison is like for like.
Russia and CIS
EAC documentation and Russian-language technical descriptions can be prepared on request. We quote both FOB and DAP variants, and we will flag any model where the certification route adds lead time.
Middle East and Africa
High-ambient derating is the most common oversight in this region — tell us the site temperature and we will quote the derated rating rather than the catalogue rating. Spare-parts kits and commissioning support are frequently bundled here.
South America
Spanish-language quotations and datasheets are available. Please state the destination port explicitly, as transit times and duties vary substantially between the Pacific and Atlantic coasts.

Frequently asked questions
Q: How fast can I get a quotation for a UPS or DC power system?
Standard enquiries are answered within two business hours during GMT+8 working days. If your requirement includes multiple sites, battery autonomy calculations or mixed-brand sourcing, expect one working day for configuration review. Sending a complete eight-point RFQ — model or load, capacity, quantity, destination, Incoterm and deadline — is the fastest way to shorten that window.
Q: Can you quote a mixed-brand bill of materials?
Yes. Many projects combine a UPS from one brand, 48 V rectifiers from another and cooling from a third, often to match an existing installed base or a client specification. Send the full line list with quantities and we will return a single quotation with per-line pricing, so you can see where substitution would change the total.
Q: Do you quote spare parts and single units, or only full projects?
Both. Single modules, controller cards, fan kits and battery strings are quoted regularly for maintenance and retrofit work, and the minimum order quantity is one unit. Project-scale orders naturally receive better unit pricing, but a spare-parts enquiry is never treated as too small to answer.
Q: What information is needed to quote freight and delivery time?
Three items determine the freight line: the destination port or site city, the Incoterm you want to buy on, and the total gross weight and volume of the shipment. We can estimate weight and volume from the configuration, but the destination and Incoterm must come from you, because EXW, FOB, CIF and DAP produce very different totals and very different risk transfer points.
